We guarantee our products 100%. We will exchange any defective candle. No refunds.

1.  All exchanges must be within 14 days after date of purchase.

2.  Burned candles can only be exchanged.

3.  Candles can be exchanged if 6 ounces or more remain in the container.

4.  Candles will be replaced if damaged during delivery.
